Combating hate speech through European perspective
KOM 018 started with the implementation “Combating Hate Speech through European perspective” project through “Hate Fighters” program and activities in Serbia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Bulgaria, Denmark and Poland. Project’s aim is to raise the awareness about the problem of hate speech in Europe today and to promote the combat against it, to activate young people in 7 European countries to use their creative potentials and combat hate speech through creative methods (hip hop music, hip hop dance, photography and graphics), to educate young people in 7 countries so that they adopt knowledge and skills to promote human rights through info sessiolns and debates, and to improve cooperation for fostering human rights at European level. Project is implemented from January to December 2015. Project is supported by “Europe for Citizens” program and implemented by KOM 018, Serbia, with six more partners: SPPMD from Macedonia, Asociatia Fluturele Visator from Romania, IDA from Bulgaria, Općinska organizacija Crveni križ Novo Sarajevo from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Europæiske Civile Ressourcer Center Danmark from Denmark and Stowarzyszenie Promocji Wolontariatu from Poland.
