We’re excited to announce the release of a new document created as part of the Voice of Change project:
“Analysis and Recommendations on Gender-Related Issues in Serbia, Italy, Spain, Romania, and Germany.”
🔎 What’s the document about?
This research focuses on gender equality across five countries – Germany, Italy, Romania, Serbia, and Spain. It provides:
An overview of existing policies in the field of gender equality.
An analysis of gender discrimination in education, the job market, healthcare, media, and sports.
Insights into gender-based violence and the status of women from specific social groups.
The research also explores:
Current obstacles preventing gender equality.
Perceptions of young people about these issues.
Possible solutions to eliminate gender-based discrimination and violence.

🌍 About the Voice of Change Project
Led by Hate Fighters Network (Serbia) in cooperation with Impact Circles (Germany), Beyond Borders (Italy), ATDD (Romania), and Barcel’hona Sport Events (Spain), this project aims to:
Promote gender equality in partner countries.
Develop a long-term methodology for advocacy campaigns focused on eliminating gender-based discrimination and violence.
Strengthen youth participation by connecting young people with decision-makers through public advocacy.
